Walker was born in 1976 and was raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. Walker is an American citizen who is of African descent. She is born to Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). Her mother works as an agent in real estate while her father works as an engineer. Her graduation from Germantown Friends School in the city of Germantown in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood, in the year 1994. After that, she went to Harvard College where she earned the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Welker has been since the age of 20 with John Hughes who is a prominent marketing director for Merck Philadelphia. The couple have two kids. In 2014, they started having an affair. John her husband, who is four years her junior. Their relationship was progressing so well that they took it to the next stage. On the 4th March 2017, they tied the knot.
