Emma Rose Kenney, an American actress from America. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) on Shameless between the years of 2011-2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played on Roseanne's 10th series as well as The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was birthed at New York City on 14 September 1999. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense lawyer and Kevin Kenney, a sports writer, who previously wrote for the New York Post and now works for Fox Sports. Emma Kenney has the exact same hometown as Emmy Rossum. Kenney was born and was raised in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actress that plays Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit series, Shameless. Though she was born in Manhattan, Kenney spent the majority of her youth within Garden State. Kenney is also famous as Darlene Gilbert's daughter Harris, in her time in the Roseanne revival.
